In order to provide you with a relaxed and smooth Pennsylvania travel experience, the 1814 House has established some policies that we hope will help us all enjoy your vacation in Bucks County, PA. (add link to Directions page) Feel free to look them over and ask any questions you might have.

  • All Rates are for Single or Double Occupancy

  • Extra Person(s) $25 each per night

  • 2 night minimum stay may be required on weekends

  • 3 night minimum on select holidays and peak periods

  • For group reservations (3 rooms or more) a separate cancellation and reservation policy applies.  Cancellation will result in loss of 50% deposit or one night's stay, whichever is greater 

  • We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Amex & Traveler's Checks

  • A 50% Deposit or one night's stay, whichever is greater, is required to confirm a reservation

  • A 14 day notice of any change prior to the arrival date is required for a refund, less $25 reservation fee per room

  • Cancellations and any change in reservation on less than 14 days notice prior to arrival date will result in the loss of 50% deposit or one nights stay, whichever is greater

  • On the day of check in any cancellations will result in full payment of reservation

  • A "No Show" will result in full payment of room/s for reservation

  • Balance due upon arrival date

  • Standard check-in time starts at 3:00 pm (EST). For check- in's after 7:00 pm please call for instructions

  • Check in time: 3:00pm; Check out time: no later than 11:00am

  • In an effort to provide family friendly options, limited accommodations are available for children

  • Smoking is prohibited except for in designated areas outdoors

  • No pets allowed

  • We reserve the right to change or cancel any reservation
