For group reservations (3 rooms or more) a separate cancellation and reservation policy applies. Cancellation will result in loss of 50% deposit or one night's stay, whichever is greater

A 50% Deposit or one night's stay, whichever is greater, is required to confirm a reservation

A 14 day notice of any change prior to the arrival date is required for a refund, less $25 reservation fee per room

Cancellations and any change in reservation on less than 14 days notice prior to arrival date will result in the loss of 50% deposit or one nights stay, whichever is greater

On the day of check in any cancellations will result in full payment of reservation

A "No Show" will result in full payment of room/s for reservation
